How much is my first trainng session?

It is 100% free! As a coach I understand how scary personal training may seem or hestitatons behind taking that first step! Your  first training session is free to make sure we are the right fit for each other.

Should I do 1 on 1 Training or Small Group Training?

This is entirely your choice! My general recommendation is to pick whichever makes you most comortable.

Can I purchase 1 session at a time?

No. You can purchase training two ways. One being by subscription or one time package purchases of session packs no smaller than 4.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit & Debit Card ONLY.

How long are training sessions?

60 minutes.

What is your style of training?

Functional Strength Training.
